Position: Team Lead - Sales
Domain: Sales Offline Merchants - QR / On-roll / On-site
Preferred Domains: Candidates from Fintech or Device sales domain will be preferred. Profiles from telecom, business loans, CASA, insurance, business development in startups, consumer durables and electronics, FMCG can also be considered.
Requirements:
- Present or Previous work experience in Bangalore candidates are preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
- Conduct market research and prepare a list of prospective customers.
- Manage and motivate team members for better sales.
- Ensure team members are actively involved in market activities.
- Possess good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively within the specified area.
- Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate objectives.
- Build a Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key client personnel.
- Handle Category leads from qualification to closure.
