Role & responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition
- Identify potential customers (B2B or B2C depending on the ISPs model).
- Conduct cold calls, field visits, and online outreach to generate leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Track and report performance metrics (sales volume, new accounts, revenue).
- Product Knowledge & Consultation
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various internet packages (broadband, fiber, leased lines, etc.).
- Recommend the most suitable plans based on customer needs (speed, usage, reliability).
- Market Research & Lead Generation
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer trends, and emerging needs.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with prospects and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for renewals and upselling.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with technical, installation, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
