Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive - FC Operations in Dehradun. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing operations management, ensuring efficient workflow, and handling communication within the team. The Sr. Executive will also be responsible for analyzing operational data and making informed decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Expertise in Operations and Operations Management
  • Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Dehradun
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
