Job Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3 to 5 years of experience in both international domains. The candidate should have strong communication skills, proven expertise in lead generation and client handling, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelors degree Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value
  • Graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, project pitching, and proposal writing.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for design, innovation, technology trends. and competitor offerings to develop strategic business plans.
  • Hands on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Sales force, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • A person Should have experience about dedicate hiring model.
  • hands on experience required for Out bound sales | Inside sales.

Good To Have

  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, or Middle East).
  • Prior exposure to platforms like Apolo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or agency partnerships.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing to cross-sell services
