Employee Engagement Job Description

Job Summary

This role manages and develops employee engagement & experience strategy, communication efforts, design, and implementation of various programs across the Organization.

Maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools and RFP submission

Collaborate with various stakeholder teams to support, enhance, and track employee engagement initiatives by understanding the experiences of employee/manager perspective on a global scale.

Professional Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience in corporate employee engagement initiatives with a minimum overall experience in HR of 5+ years.

Business and Technical skills:

  • Good Communication skill and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge in Excel/Word/PPT/Power BI and ability to create dashboards and presentations *
  • Good exposure to reporting, forecasting and utilization. *
  • Ability to understand Client Contracts, draft minor Contract Changes, identify risk areas, and propose mitigation mechanism. Exposure in drafting/reviewing/negotiation of Master Service Agreements, NDA, RFP, SOW, and similar contracts.

Responsibilities:

1. Rewards & Recognition

Managing the R&R program (Accolade) which includes and does not limit to the following:

  • Design and implement targeted communication campaigns for managers, employees, and leadership teams based on the program utilization of different groups.
  • Handling end-to-end communications for the program which includes coordinating with the design agency, internal communications team and finalizing the communication designs for the rollout.
  • Amend the program policy as required and socialize with various stakeholders.
  • Reporting Publish various reports on Accolade budget utilizations, engagement status, adoption %, BU wise metrics on platform usage, sentiment analysis etc. to various stakeholder groups
  • Based on the metrics analysis, identify, and define problem statements, develop interventions, and execute action items and track the progress
  • Assist in tracking progress against key Employee Experience metrics, benchmarking against industry standards/best practices and identifying programmatic solutions to support org culture and engagement.
  • Conduct periodic awareness sessions on the need basis for managers, employees, and aid in creating sensitization courses for managers, new joiners, train the trainer etc.
  • Vendor payments processing the monthly payments for all different entities and follow up with Finance team for payment closures.

2. Metrics Management:

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks and validation.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions and streamline existing processes.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Present findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests to help decision-making across departments.
  • Collaborate with IT and database teams to ensure proper data management.

  • Onsite Engagement Activities:

  • Ideate, plan, and execute engagement activities for onsite regions E.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year etc.

  • Include and do not limit to coordinating with onsite teams for ideating the engagements, identifying vendors for physical events, procuring and supply for raw materials for the events etc.

  • Vendor Management:

  • Working closely with Internal teams like Legal, CRO, CIO, Finance, Taxation, IP, Procurement, Server teams for onboarding new vendors into the system

  • Includes and do not limit to drafting/reviewing/negotiation of Master Service Agreements, NDA, RFP, SOW, and similar contracts and negotiation of rates, payment, and service terms on a periodical basis

  • Survey/ Awards participation:

  • Identifying note-worthy surveys, awards sponsors and brands and participating

  • Includes and do not limit to coordinating with the internal stakeholders for consolidation of data and submission of nomination for external surveys and awards
  • Consolidating and recommending the best benchmarking practices that are identified through these participations

  • Location Engagement Spoc Responsibility:

  • Executing all Employee Engagement activities for the base location and be responsible for driving assigned projects on a global scale too.

  • Collect success stories and promote the benefits of employee experience and engagement to the business stakeholders globally.
  • Conduct analysis and publish metrics for different programs on Consistency, Coverage and Quality.
  • Open to travel to other locations for the execution of different engagement programs and support initiatives.
