Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Experience (Primary Focus)

  • Design, implement, and track engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and employee needs.
  • Drive pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on actionable improvements.
  • Organize events, celebrations, wellness programs, and other cultural activities across teams.
  • Partner to align engagement with learning and development goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters.
  • Work with managers to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
  • Support organizational changes, team restructuring, or role transitions.

HR Operations & Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in your aligned teams.
  • Partner with internal HR teams on performance reviews, policy awareness, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in HR - Employee Engagement, or similar HR roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing employee engagement activities or campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret survey data and engagement metrics.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
