Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional heads and managers to understand business priorities and align HR strategies to support those goals.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, guide goal/KRA setting, and support employee development plans.
  • Design and drive engagement initiatives, organize feedback channels (skip-level meetings, 1-on-1s, surveys), and act on employee concerns effectively.
  • end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (on boarding, confirmation, transfers, exits) ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Address employee grievances, support disciplinary actions, and ensure fair resolution in line with company policy.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and ensure HR practices comply with local regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in human resources or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including performance management, employee relations, and engagement
  • Experience working with mid to large-scale teams or business units
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and HR tools/systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across levels
