Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support critical technology and cybersecurity hiring for a leading global organization. The role involves sourcing niche and hard-to-find technology talent across engineering, cloud, DevOps, and security domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche technology and cybersecurity roles

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates across the following skill areas:

  • Application Development: .NET (Backend / Full Stack), Microservices, PowerApps

  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure
  • DevOps & Security: DevSecOps, DevOps with SailPoint / Ping / CyberArk / SaaS
  • Cybersecurity: Security Engineer, Security Consultant (Vulnerability Management)

  • Data Engineering: Data Engineer

  • Use sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other databases

  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
  • Work closely with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in sourcing technology & cybersecurity profiles
  • Hands-on expertise with Boolean search, market mapping, and talent research
  • Good understanding of cloud, DevOps, and security technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for large-scale or global organizations
  • Exposure to diversity hiring and niche talent mapping
