What You'll Do:
- Drive B2B sales strategy and execution in the corporate gifting space.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, and CXOs.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product and procurement teams to curate impactful gifting solutions.
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, with 2+ years in corporate gifting or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong corporate network and excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
- Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
