Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, building and nurturing client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and leading a motivated sales team. The Sales Manager will also identify business opportunities, develop growth strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals
- Team leadership and management skills, with a focus on performance and results-driven initiatives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying effective sales strategies and growth prospects
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Relevant experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
