Lalamove is an on-demand delivery technology company, empowering users all around the world to make delivery fast and reliable.

Today, Lalamove operates in 14 markets across Asia, Latin America, and EMEA. Our driver partners operate a vast array of vehicles to suit each market including lorries, vans, and cars for deliveries of almost anything of any size. Fleets of two-wheel vehicles are also available for courier services providing fast and low-cost delivery solutions. Through dedicated mobile and web apps, Lalamove seamlessly connects users and drivers around the world to move things that matter.

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of our SEO efforts, making sure our brand is highly visible across search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the overall SEO plan across keywords, content, technical, landing pages, and authority-building efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities across products, services, and locations.
  • Own the performance of landing pages, making sure they are optimized for both search and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of how Google Search Generative Experience, Bing Copilot, and AI-driven search engines affect discoverability.
  • Build domain authority through digital PR, guest content, and partnerships.
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles, local citations, and area-specific landing pages for hyperlocal visibility.
  • Use GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Run SEO audits using SEMrush and Search Console to fix issues with crawlability, page speed, indexing, and structured data.
What we seek:
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge (site audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site management).
  • Proven ability to build strategies around Experience-Expertise-Authoritativeness-Trustworthiness.
  • Skilled in creating SEO dashboards and presenting to leadership.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.
  • Always up-to-date with algorithm updates, AI search changes, and SEO best practices.
What you'll need:
  • 3-4 years work experience in the SEO landscape.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Search Console, and GA4.
  • Experience managing and optimizing websites and landing pages for both search visibility and conversions.
  • Willing to work onsite in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City.
