Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Zeet HR Consultancy Services. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a strategic approach to sales and marketing within the staffing and recruiting industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and marketing to drive client acquisition and support business growth, operating from our headquarters in Bangalore.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing executive roles (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions.
  • Strong data analysis skills with tools like Excel and Google Sheets to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experienced in social selling using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage and convert potential leads effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Insights for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation techniques to close deals and maintain profitable customer relationships.
  • Capable of managing the sales funnel to prioritize sales efforts and optimize business outcomes throughout the sales process.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, particularly Google Analytics, to track and enhance marketing performance and campaigns.
