Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
