Scope of Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the posting schedule of social content calendars, under direction of social lead, by organizing across partnerships, new product introductions, and regional priorities.
• Monitor social media content, hashtag usage, and overall brand perception
• Manage workflows, feedback, and approvals across stakeholders to ensure timely launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional content creation with digital designers, copywriters, and brand marketing to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Assist with event coverage, including pre-event planning, content capture and distribution to regional stakeholders.
• Ensure experimental and influencer-style content integrates smoothly with high-production assets.
• Track content performance and support iteration of formats.
• Document and maintain processes to support collaboration across teams.
• Collaborate with global brand and regional teams to facilitate content for local needs.
• Stay on top of industry trends and shifts in target consumer habits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a social operations coordinator for a global organization
• Experience in Consumer Electronics or CPG brands
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Passion for helping companies meet their goals and improve their focus on their target market
• Ability to manage a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized fashion
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to remain composed and collaborative under pressure
• An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
• Very strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to think strategically while also managing detailed execution
