About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, driven Sales Representatives with up to 3 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. Candidates with prior experience in bearing sales or industrial solutions sales will be given strong preference.
This is a field-intensive role involving regular customer visits, direct interaction with manufacturing, mining, steel, and heavy engineering companies, and relationship-building with maintenance, procurement, and plant teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit industrial customers across the assigned region daily to introduce our product range (bearings, power transmission components, industrial spares).
- Identify new business opportunities with manufacturing plants, mining companies, OEMs, contractors, and workshops.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers, purchase heads, maintenance teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and position SantEnts solutions appropriately.
- Generate enquiries and support the conversion of leads into sales.
- Maintain visit reports, customer databases, and enquiry pipelines.
- Represent the company with professionalism and strong product knowledge.
Who Should Apply:
- Candidates with up to 3 years of field sales experience may apply.
- Experience selling bearings, industrial spares, MRO supplies, or engineering products is a strong advantage.
- Individuals passionate about sales, fieldwork, and industrial customer interactions.
- Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly and present solutions persuasively.
- Candidates comfortable with travel within assigned industrial regions. Having your own vehicle will be a big advantage.
- The roles are strictly for residents or permanent address holders of the stated locations.
