What you'll do
- Outbound calling:
Contact potential leads from our database or campaigns to pitch programs and convert interest into enrollments. - Lead qualification:
Identify high-potential prospects and schedule counselor/manager appointments. - Follow-up that closes:
Use WhatsApp, SMS, and email reminders to nurture leads through the funnel. - Pitch with clarity:
Explain programs, benefits, pricing, and outcomes confidently and accurately. - Maintain CRM:
Record every call, update lead status, and track daily performance metrics. - Meet daily targets:
Drive consistent outreach and hit conversion goals with passion. - Build relationships:
Stay connected with enrolled students for feedback, referrals, and renewals.
What success looks like (first 3 months)
- Consistent daily call volume (100+ quality calls/day).
- Steady conversion rate growth week by week.
- CRM always up-to-date—zero lost leads.
- Positive reviews from prospects on clarity and confidence.
Must-haves
- 1–3 years
of experience in
outbound tele sales, inside sales, or call-center
roles. - Excellent communication in
Hindi and English
—confident, clear, and polite. - Comfortable with
sales targets, pressure, and quick thinking
. - Basic
computer proficiency
: CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Web. - On-site
at Stellar IT Park, Noida; open to flexible hours or weekend work if needed.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in
edtech, healthcare, or training industry
. - Knowledge of sales funnel stages and lead nurturing strategies.
- Ability to draft short, effective follow-up messages or emails.
