Job Title:

Lead – Delivery Quality (Medical Coding – IP DRG Specialty)

Location:

Chennai, India

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years in Medical Coding with at least 1 year of Quality Team Leader experience (on paper).

Certification:

CPC Certified Coder (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
  • Lead and manage the quality delivery team for IP DRG medical coding projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with client guidelines and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain high-quality benchmarks.
  • Mentor and train team members on coding standards and quality parameters.
  • Collaborate with operations and client teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data security protocols.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in medical coding (IP DRG specialty).
  • CPC certification is a must.
  • At least 1 year of documented experience as a Quality Team Leader.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
