Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our products and services, build brand awareness, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, and help drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Promote company products and services to target audiences.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Create and manage marketing materials like flyers, ads, and brochures.
  • Organize promotional events and brand activities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and results.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing or sales (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Creative, energetic, and able to think strategically.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva, or other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
