Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a companys products or services to customers. They identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work to achieve sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to help the company grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and products
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales (preferably 1-4 years)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
