Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage potential leads to promote Mykare subscription plans.
  • Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into paid subscribers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly subscription targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategies and offerings.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition (healthcare or subscription sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Goal-driven, confident, and comfortable handling outbound calls.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
