Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and digital communication channels. This role focuses on qualifying leads, promoting products or services, closing sales, and supporting overall revenue growth without in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools
  • Present and explain products or services to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and lead management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
