Role Overview

We are looking for smart, confident, and highly articulate Inside Sales Executives with excellent English communication skills. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales interactions, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Engage with potential customers and understand their requirements
  • Explain products/services clearly and confidently
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to close sales
  • Maintain basic sales records and updates

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Smart, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
  • Prior inside sales / telecalling / customer engagement experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability to join
