Overview: The Lead Salesforce Business Analyst plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce systems to support various business functions. This position is instrumental in driving innovation, process improvements, and maximizing the functionality of Salesforce to meet the needs of our stakeholders. The Lead Salesforce Business Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design and develop scalable solutions within Salesforce CRM platform
  • Conduct workshops, training, and user support to drive adoption of Salesforce systems
  • Perform data migration, integration, and customization to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and customizations
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts in Salesforce best practices
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integration and customization requirements
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality
  • Provide strategic input on Salesforce roadmap and future enhancements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis and implementation
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce CRM
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform is a plus
