ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs.
    • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on performance management.
    • Support talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
    • Drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives and improve organizational effectiveness.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
    • Conduct training sessions to promote company culture and employee engagement.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Analyze HR data to provide insights and solutions.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 12-15 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP or similar.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
