Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from initial stages to onboarding. Your primary objective will be to develop, manage, and refine effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Interview Planning: Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates.
- Hiring Process: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
