Role
: Fashion Sales Associate

Location
: Ambience Mall, Gurgaon

Reporting to
: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, ensuring a warm and premium in-store experience.
  • Understand customer needs and provide styling advice to drive sales.
  • Assist with trial rooms, product selection, and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Manage billing and POS operations (training provided).
  • Maintain store standards: replenishing racks, steaming garments, and ensuring floor readiness.
  • Monitor inventory on the floor and communicate stock needs to the Manager.
  • Support in visual merchandising and display changes.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in fashion retail (freshers welcome with the right attitude).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Customer-first mindset, with a polished and approachable personality.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Comfortable with 9-10 hour shifts (incl. 1 hr break) and 6-day work weeks.
