Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide technical insight in discussions and decisions, leveraging your experience in full-stack development.
  • Define and track key product metrics, and use data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Mentor and manage junior product managers or team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, with strong hands-on knowledge in both frontend and backend development.
  • 5+ years of experience in a product management leadership role, managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern web and mobile technologies, system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and user-centric design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
