Job Overview:

The Production Director will lead a dedicated vertical managing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. This role oversees a team of Creative Producers ensuring seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical ensuring timely completion quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and empower a team of Creative Producers fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed including documentation contracts payments and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets resource allocation and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines or client satisfaction escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing preferably within the BFSI sectors with a strong understanding of creative production processes.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows including creative development asset production and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Process Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts payments and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI sectors is a plus with an understanding of sector-specific creative and regulatory requirements.
