Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Category Manager

We are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces, bringing a taste of Europe to Indian consumers.

 

Our Marketing team is looking for passionate individuals who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity to join us in the category of Mayonnaise, Spreads & Condiments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing roadmap and assist in product development aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research, develop product concepts, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute marketing plans, improve processes, coordinate product launches, campaigns, and agencies, create briefs for packaging, creative, and digital, and manage resources efficiently.

 

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree with minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development.
  • 'Get the job done' mindset, out of the box thinking, high initiative, and ownership, creativity, passion, flexibility, and persistence, effective communication, presentation, and MS office skills, and a love for food.
