Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to spearhead business development initiatives within the industrial automation domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships and delivering customized automation solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.
  • Generate qualified leads and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored automation solutions, including robotics, SPMs and conveyor systems.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and meet client specifications.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and foster long-term client partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technological advancements in industrial automation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and sales closure within the automation industry, specifically in Robotics, SPMs and Conveyor systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial automation technologies and solution design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong professional network across end-users and industry partners.
