Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced General Manager Marketing & Sales to lead our Domestic Marketing, International Marketing, Sales, and Estimation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep OEM exposure, and proven success in developing new business for precision machined components. Key Responsibilities: Lead domestic and international marketing strategy to drive business growth. Manage complete cycle: lead generation, RFQ handling, costing, proposals, negotiation, and order closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers (TAFE, Caterpillar, Komatsu, KONE, Siemens, Ashok Leyland, etc.). Oversee estimation & costing for machined components and project developments. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for project execution. Participate in strategic planning for revenue targets, capability expansion, and market diversification. Ensure pricing accuracy, margin optimization, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical or Production Engineering (MBA Marketing preferred). 15–20 years of experience in marketing/sales/business development in precision machining, auto components, or heavy engineering . Strong understanding of machining processes, engineering drawings, costing, and OEM supply-chain requirements. Experience managing large OEM accounts (domestic & international).
