Role Purpose :

Own the end-to-end applicant activation journey. From orientation to training, shortlisted applicants move swiftly through the funnel and launch high-quality Cuemath Hubs in their neighbourhoods.

for K-12 students. Our mission is to make every kid MathFit: we're training the next generation of 'mathematical athletes' - kids whose minds are sharp, strong, and agile enough to thrive in the AI age.

What you'll do (Responsibilities)

● Manage the entire Hub onboarding funnel: ensure participation, manage invites, track

payments across channels, assessment links, test completions, schedule interviews.

● Ensure that the shortlisted candidates understand the Hub value proposition and make

an informed choice before onboarding their Hubs.

● Guide selected tutors through training & onboarding as well as setting up of their Hubs.

● Keep Sheets/CRM updated daily; flag blockers early.

● Coordinate with mentors/ops for quick resolutions.

● Share a simple daily/weekly status.

What success looks like (KPIs)

● Getting the best tutors sign up for Hubs

● Orientation Sessions start on time and run smoothly.

● More people attend vs. those who confirmed (improving month-on-month).

● Follow-ups go out fast (same day/next day).

● Applicants keep moving from step to step without getting stuck.

● Trackers are clean and up-to-date; no missing fields.

● New tutors start training and launch hubs on time.

● Tutors rate the support experience as helpful and friendly.

Must-have Qualifications

● 0–1 year experience; recent graduates encouraged.

● Strong ownership: you take tasks end-to-end without requiring oversight.

● Organized, reliable, and good at prioritizing.

● Clear communication (English & Hindi); local language is a plus.

● Comfortable with Google Sheets/Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom; quick to learn new tools

(Luma, CRM, Razorpay).

● Willing to do occasional field visits and support evening/weekend events when needed.

● Positive, problem-solving attitude and high integrity with data
