About the role The Counsellor will be responsible for initiating and managing B2B partnership outreach with educational institutes and organizations. This role suits individuals with a strong background in high-volume B2C inside sales who are now looking to transition into a consultative B2B calling environment focused on relationship-building and institutional .collaboration.
Job Description
Conduct structured outreach calls to schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to explore partnership opportunities.
Present the organization's partnership propositions clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Maintain high daily activity levels — building on prior experience in high-volume calling (target: ~300 dials, ~100 connected calls, ~3–3.5 hours talk time).
Qualify leads based on interest, potential, and strategic alignment with partnership objectives.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between institute decision-makers and the field partnership team.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM tools. Collaborate with regional executives and partnership managers to ensure smooth handover and conversion of qualified leads.

Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
