Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, presenting and upselling jewellery products, managing inventory, and assisting with visual merchandising. The role also involves following up on sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to achieving the store's sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of jewellery products and the ability to present and describe them to customers
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling inventory and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and achieve sales targets
- More than 1 year of Experience in jewellery sector.
