We are seeking a seasoned and strategic
Talent Acquisition
Lead - India
to lead our hiring efforts across India. This role is critical to driving our growth agenda and building a high-performing, inclusive workforce. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and deeply experienced in managing complex hiring needs across functions and levels—including executive, technical, and contingent talent. You will be a key partner to business leaders and HR colleagues, ensuring that our talent acquisition strategy is aligned with organizational goals and local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for India, including full-time and contingent hiring.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and HR partners to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Build and manage a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in India.
  • Ensure a seamless and equitable candidate experience, from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
  • Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations teams to align on systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in all hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles and experience hiring across levels and functions.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale recruitment operations in India; global or matrixed organization experience preferred.
  • Polished and professional communication style, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Deep understanding of Indian talent markets, sourcing channels, and employment practices.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday and recruitment analytics.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
