Strategic HR Leader Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Strategic HR Leader to lead our talent acquisition efforts and streamline HR operations. The organization is committed to delivering excellence in sales, marketing, and customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with diverse backgrounds.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through strategic partnerships and networking events.
  • Develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent from various industries and domains.
  • Manage HR operations, including employee engagement, payroll processing, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee HR policies, performance management, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role with expertise in talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring & recruitment processes across IT & BPO domains with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll management, and statutory compliance with a focus on employee welfare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
