Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Head (CFO) to lead the financial planning, reporting, and control systems of ATI Global.

This is a full-time leadership role directly reporting to the Director and responsible for guiding the company's financial decisions, managing cash flow, and supporting expansion across India and overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee all accounting, finance, and banking operations of the company.


• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.


• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow; ensure smooth working capital management.


• Review and approve vendor payments, client credit limits, and pricing margins.


• Generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports for management.


• Handle banking relationships – including OD limits, PCFC, ECGC, and export finance.


• Monitor credit sales, receivables, and collections, ensuring strong cash discipline.


• Advise management on profitability improvement and cost control strategies.


• Manage GST, TDS, audit coordination, and statutory compliances.


• Implement strong internal controls, approval systems, and expense monitoring.


• Support decision-making for new projects, export operations, and investment planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile


• Qualification: Chartered Accountant / CA (Inter) / MBA in Finance


• Experience: 10 years in finance management, preferably in textile, manufacturing, or export sectors.


• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of Tally / Zoho Books, GST, and bank reconciliations.


• Hands-on leader who can work closely with Accounts, Sales, and Management.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making ability.


• High integrity, structured work style, and strong follow-up mindset.
