Deliver Business Targets – Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for the Business by closely monitoring and driving key business metrics - Conversions, Core

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build financial models for new business initiatives, pricing strategies, or cost optimization.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product, etc.) to understand business drivers.
  3. Support annual operating plan (AOP) and rolling forecast preparation.
  4. Create the city wise PnL & impact on business
  5. Business data Reconciliation end to end ownership
  6. Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  7. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of billing and payouts to DSAs.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on payout activities, trends, and discrepancies.
  10. Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  11. Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  12. Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  13. Identify and mitigate risks associated with billing and payout activities

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 graduate mandatory
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analyst (preferably within the home loan or financial services industry.)
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
