ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of electrical products, building customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves lead generation, customer visits, handling technical queries, and supporting project execution.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Sales Engineer at ALLIED COMMERCIAL AGENCIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible to generate leads and reach out potential customers regarding sales of electrical products and providing technical support to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new sales opportunities & lead generation, handling technical queries and support project execution in the industry.

A. For Experienced Candidates

  • Experience
    : 2–4 years in Technical / Industrial Sales
  • Qualification
    : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (MBA in Marketing is a plus)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, field surveys, and industry networks.
  • Promote and sell products from leading brands.
  • Designing/editing electrical systems design for buildings and power distribution networks.

  • Computer operations (Email, Tendering, Word/Excel and simple software operation)

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand customer base in industries, utilities, and real estate.
  • Support order execution and coordinate with the project team for smooth delivery.
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
