Executive-Sales–EV 2W/3W)

We are looking for a proven sales professional from the Electric Vehicles ecosystem who can drive territory growth, dealer performance and deliver strong business outcomes.

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years in EV / Automotive domain (2W/3W preferred)
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred (or NP up to 30 days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales across assigned territory
  • Drive dealer performance, retail campaigns and BTL activities
  • Coach and enable dealership sales teams for high conversion
  • Ensure seamless test ride experience & customer lifecycle journey
  • Coordinate with retail finance, insurance & RTO processes
  • Monitor competition and develop strategic territory plans

Requirements:

  • 5 years in EV / Automotive Sales (2W/3W EV strongly preferred)
  • Strong experience in dealer network territory management
  • Ability to work independently and own regional performance
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Looking for candidates who can join immediately / within 30 days
