Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic, digitally fluent Senior Account Manager to lead and expand key client relationships. With 10+ years of experience in client servicing, digital strategy, media planning, and integrated campaign management, you will serve as the trusted advisor and central point of contact for your accounts.
In this role, you will partner closely with internal teams—media, creative and tech team, to design and execute high-impact campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring that client objectives are met, brands are nurtured, and measurable results are delivered. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who can confidently manage multi-channel strategies, drive account growth, and present with authority at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, building trusted relationships with brand managers, marketing leaders, and C-level stakeholders while anticipating needs and proactively offering solutions.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals spanning content, experience, performance, and technology. Demonstrate a strong understanding of how channels and efforts like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Programmatic, Display, Search, and Web Development work together to drive brand and business outcomes.
- Brand Stewardship
- Champion and safeguard client brands—ensuring consistency, driving long-term growth, and aligning messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Integrated Campaign Oversight
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, media, tech, and analytics) to ensure delivery against KPIs.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Ability to understand and translate analytics into actionable insights, continuously track performance, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and business outcomes.
