We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Warehouse Supervisor
to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality across all inventory and shipping activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized efficiently.
  • Shipping & Receiving:
    Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
  • Quality Control:
    Conduct regular quality checks and address any damaged or defective items promptly.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
    Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and safe to operate.
  • Record-Keeping:
    Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse activities.
  • Problem Solving:
    Handle issues such as delays, shortages, and discrepancies in shipments effectively.
  • Picking for Packers:
    Supervise the picking process to ensure correct products are selected for packaging.
  • Inbound & Outbound Checks:
    Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Supervision of Packers:
    Lead and manage the packing team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Final Escalations:
    Communicate with superiors or relevant departments for issue resolution and escalation as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
