Reports to:
 Product Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Management Intern to join our diverse and growing team of 50+ product professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI technology and product marketing, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

You'll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and QA teams to create compelling product documentation and demo videos that showcase our AI-powered ITSM solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced AI company while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact our product's success.

Key Responsibilities

Product Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive user guides, technical specifications, release notes, and help articles
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to document new features and updates
  • Maintain and update existing documentation with each product release

Feature Walkthroughs and Demo Videos:

  • Develop engaging product demo videos primarily for internal teams (80%) and external stakeholders (20%)
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to understand feature functionality and value propositions
  • Create clear, compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate product capabilities

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Marketing team to prioritise, distribute content internally and externally
  • Coordinate with Product Management to align documentation with product roadmap and releases
  • Gather feedback from various stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality

Requirements

Essential:

  • MBA graduate, work experience not mandatory
  • Strong writing ability with attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex software products
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and business models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Baner, Pune

Preferred:

  • Understanding of ITSM space and enterprise IT challenges
  • Previous experience in product marketing or related field
  • Background working in software/SaaS domain
  • Experience with documentation tools and video editing software
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their business applications
