We are looking for a skilled After Sales and Service Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the Industrial Equipment/Machinery industry, specifically in Machine Tools.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients after sales.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to machine tools and equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of machine tools and industrial equipment/machinery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
