Position - Manager -Legal Qualifications - BA., LL.B, LL.M Salary LPA Experience Years Working Days: Mon - Sat (6 working Days) Timings : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Roles and Responsibilities - 1. Sound knowledge of Indian laws and legal processes relating to legal metrology, labour laws, industry and factory related laws, companies law, contracts and Intellectual Property. 2. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents. 3. Prior experience in managing legal metrology, factory and industrial law related compliance. 4.Candidates must have sound knowlege of analytical & problem -solving skills, practical knowledge, legal advises, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to work independently & collboratively, integrity and ethical conduct, databses, profeciency in legal research & Resources  5. Willingness to travel  Key Responsibilities - 1. Legal Metrology 2. Labour laws, industry and factory related laws and compliances 3. Contract Management 4. IPR 5. Litigation Management 6. Legal Vendor Management 7. Legal Updates & Collaboration 8. Weekly and monthly reporting to GC Key Measures 1)Contract management within company -defined TAT while adhering to the contract management software 2) Legal Metrology management within company -defined TAT. 3) Legal and regulatory compliance and reporting in a timely fashion, within company -defined TAT. 4) Identification of potential legal risks and updating the legal team. 5) IPR coordination with the R&D team and assisting in building the IPR portfolio 6) Candidate should have experience of handling Internal & External relationships.
