We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Manager who will play a key role in ensuring robust legal processes, property documentation, and compliance. What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of 2-3 professionals handling property documentation, verification, and legal opinions. Oversee preparation, verification, and validation of property-related documents. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal company policies in documentation and transaction management. Coordinate and execute customer property registrations at the Registrar Office through external counsel. Liaise with registrar offices in Noida & Ghaziabad to streamline and expedite registration processes. Draft, review, and implement standard templates for contracts, agreements, and MOUs to ensure uniformity across company transactions. Provide clear and timely legal opinions on property transactions and related matters. Maintain all statutory records and registers in line with legal requirements. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and evolving legal implications impacting the real estate sector. Partner with cross-functional teams to address legal queries, support business goals, and mitigate risks. What You'll Need LLB from a reputed University/Law College. 6-8 years of experience in legal management with exposure to real estate laws, property transactions, and company law . Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships. High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Workdays- Monday to Saturday
