Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Legal Intern located in Rudrapur. The Legal Intern will assist in legal research, case preparation, drafting legal documents, contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The intern will also have opportunities to observe court proceedings and support the team in litigation and regulatory matters. Additionally, responsibilities may include organizing case files, analyzing legal provisions, and maintaining accurate documentation for ongoing cases.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research and Analytical Thinking
  • Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Knowledge of Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Regulatory Compliances
  • Attention to detail and excellent Proofreading abilities for legal accuracy
  • Good Communication and Team Collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Enrollment in or completion of a Law degree program is required
  • Prior internship experience in a legal environment is a plus
