**Job Opening**: Legal Intern/ Trainee (Female) - Fatx Corporate Services LLP

**Qualifications**: Minimum 12th grade

**Requirement**: Draft and review legal documents, contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
- Assist in drafting, issuing, and responding to legal notices, demand notices, and reply notices under applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes or summaries on relevant legal issues.
- Support compliance activities including maintaining statutory registers and assisting with ROC filings.
- Help in preparing and reviewing company policies, compliance checklists, and internal guidelines.
- Track legal and regulatory updates (Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, etc.) and notify relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external counsel and support litigation documentation, if any.
- Maintain records of notices issued and received, and ensure timely escalation or action.
- Assist in preparing board and shareholder resolutions, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Monitor contract lifecycle management including renewals and terminations

**Job Timing**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Location**: C-22, Skybox, Sector 65, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, UP 201301

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
