Position: Lead Generation Executive Department: Lead Generation

Location: Tirupathur City, Tirupathur (Dist) - (Work from Office – Strictly)

Training Duration: 6 Months (Performance-based conversion to Full-time)

No. of Openings: 1 Work Hours: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; 3rd Saturday Holiday)

Stipend during Training: ₹6,000 per month Training

Duration: 3 Months (Performance-based conversion to Full-time)

Experience: Freshers Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduate – Preferred)

About the Role

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Trainee to join our Lead Generation team. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month training program, where they will learn lead generation strategies, tools, and sales support activities. On successful completion of the training and based on performance, candidates will be converted to full-time employees. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities by researching potential clients, generating accurate lead data, and supporting the sales team with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect industry-wise leads by identifying and gathering potential clients.
  • Profile USA-based clients by gathering information from websites and other sources.
  • Build accounts and contacts using tools such as Sales Navigator, , and ZoomInfo.
  • Conduct lead generation and verification through LinkedIn searches.
  • Research procured data to obtain contact details such as designations, emails, and phone numbers.
  • Build and maintain lead lists for new business opportunities.
  • Identify and verify email addresses for potential leads.
  • Create, send, and monitor email campaigns to measure engagement and results.
  • Profile companies based on revenue, employee strength, and geographic location.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in lead generation tools (Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo).
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and campaign management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
