Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in property sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in clients and inquiries for residential/commercial properties.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct site visits with potential customers.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for property promotions.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate market
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
